2. CLIENT REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES (DATA CAPTURE)

Our clients represent and warrant that they have obtained all required permissions, clear opt-ins, consents, and legal authority required by applicable laws to share their end-customer lists with us and to contact those individuals via SMS text, email, or other automated electronic communications for review generation.
